Your role
✔ Assist our customers with using our product in the most efficient way by delivering on technical services requests from our standard service catalog, like for instance product configuration, stylesheet customization, interface activation, or edition of document templates.
✔ Provide workload estimation for customer requests and propose alternative solutions whenever appropriate.
✔ Deliver the customer requests according to the agreed solution and manage change requests.
✔ Ensure the deliveries are on quality and on time.
✔ Work closely with service managers to maintain high customer satisfaction.
✔ You will be interacting with stakeholders in Europe, the US, Vietnam and other countries.

Your profile
Necessary skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology.
✔ Fresher or up to 2 years’ experience in the IT sector.
✔ Good interpersonal and communication skills, logical and critical thinking. Able to interact with foreign clients to understand their requirements and produce service requests that correspond to their needs.
✔ Time management skills, able to triage service requests by priority.
✔ Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
✔ Elementary HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills or ability to quickly learn the basics.
Other skills that would make your profile stand out
✔ Elementary UI/UX, SQL, and/or web services knowledge.
✔ Experience with software testing, designing, or programming
